The hotel is conveniently located near two big factory outlets, allowing for easy shopping. the nearby town of Cipanas also offers a variety of dining options in outside restaurants. the rooms are nice and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious foods. the hotel also provides various facilities such as a swimming pool, conference room, and children's play area, ensuring an enjoyable stay for both families and corporate guests.

The fitness center is not well-maintained, which may be disappointing for those looking to exercise.

Lovely base for a weekend in Puncak! A short walk to Rm Kalimantan, where you can have lunch. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose yasmin hotel puncak. Totally recommend staying to everyone...

it was decidedly a lovely place for family. the rooms in the hotel were large. the pool was useful during our trip.

We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff members were efficient, charming, and extremely friendly, going out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food and fresh fruits. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the surrounding area had a cool climate that was perfect for relaxation. The landscape was absolutely stunning, and the local people were kind and hospitable. We even had the opportunity to visit a local family during Hari Raya and were treated to sweets, snacks, and drinks. This place is a paradise for fruit lovers, with the sweetest berries and pineapples on earth! And don't miss the oven-cooked sweet potatoes available everywhere. It was easy to access a local sim card for cheap, but we recommend getting assistance to activate it due to the local language.

This hotel is highly recommended for its comfortable rooms, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings.

Had a great business trip! Loved that the hotel provided me with a shuttle service to the nearby attractions. the food was amazing, especially the local dishes they served for breakfast. I also enjoyed the sports area as it had a tennis court and basketball hoop. My room was cleaned daily and had a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.

The room had a musty smell when I first entered, but it dissipated after turning on the fan. the bath towels could use an upgrade, as they were a bit thin and rough.
